Please read this policy carefully before subscribing to our services. By subscribing, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this policy.
1. Cancellation Policy
Your Right to Cancel: You have the right to cancel your membership subscription at any time.

Effect of Cancellation:
- When you cancel your subscription, your access to the 3dmodeo library will continue until the end of your current, pre-paid billing period.
- You will not be charged for any subsequent billing periods after the cancellation takes effect at the end of your current term.
- No pro-rata refunds will be issued for the remaining portion of your current billing period upon cancellation.
2. Refund Policy
At 3dmodeo, your subscription gives you immediate access to our full digital library of 3D models. Because these are digital items, they generally can't be "returned" once you've downloaded them or started using your membership benefits.
While our general policy is that fees are non-refundable once the service is used, we may consider refunds in the following circumstances:
- No Usage After Initial Subscription: We understand that sometimes you might change your mind soon after subscribing. That's why we offer a refund option if you haven't yet downloaded any models or used other aspects of your membership.
- Faulty Links or Corrupted Files: Find a broken link or a corrupted model? Please let us know! Send our support team the model name/ID and a quick screenshot/video of the issue. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us improve our library, and we truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We will prioritize fixing the model immediately. As a sincere thank you for your help, we will issue a refund equivalent to one month of your current subscription fee. (For annual subscribers, this will be a refund equivalent to 1/12th of your annual fee).
- Billing Errors: In the event of a clear billing error caused by our system (e.g., duplicate charges for the same billing period).
- Fraudulent Transactions: If a transaction is proven to be fraudulent and unauthorized..
To request a refund under these circumstances, we kindly ask you to contact our support team at support@3dmodeo.com, providing all relevant details and evidence. All refund requests with valid reasons and sufficient proof will be processed promptly.
3. Free Trial Periods
If you are subscribed to a trial period with 3dmodeo, you will not be charged until the trial period ends, or your trial automatically converts to a paid plan as per the terms agreed upon at sign-up.
It is your responsibility to cancel before the end of the trial period if you do not wish to be charged for a paid subscription.
4. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider for a legitimate charge made in accordance with this policy may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account and access to our services. ****The 3dmodeo team always strives to protect our customers' interests, and we encourage you to contact our support team first to resolve any billing concerns directly with us.
